What is a Crewed Yacht Charter?


A Crewed Yacht Charter, as the name suggests, is a yacht that comes with a professional licensed captain, a chef/mate, and depending on the size of the yacht, additional crew members.  Crewed charter yachts are equipped with luxury linens, fine dining tableware, books, board games, television on some yachts, a whole range of water toys, and décor that makes the yacht feel like home from the moment you step on board.
Crewed Yacht Charters are also stocked with the food and beverages that you request and any special needs or wants that you ask for can usually be met by your crew.
Chartering a crewed yacht is truly a relaxing and stress-free vacation for everyone in your party.  You will be served 3-5 gourmet meals per day, taken on snorkeling, diving, hiking, bar-hopping, or desolate beach expeditions whenever you like, and treated to the best sailing or cruising areas that only a crew knowledgeable of the area can provide.

•    Once we know what kind of vacation you’ve got in mind, we’ll work to find the most suitable yachts and crews to fit your vacation wants and needs and we’ll send you a modified list of yachts with crews for you to look through.

•    When you choose the perfect yacht and crew, we will work with you through the booking process.

•    We will send you preference sheets “click here to see an example of a preference sheet” for you to fill out about a month before your trip.  We will send these along to your crew who will be sure to have everything stocked and prepared the moment you step onboard your yacht.

•    Your initial deposit and final deposit will be held safely in an independent escrow account for your peace of mind.  
•    We will help and advise you on your travel options and your crew will be waiting for you on the dock, ready to help with bags and offer you a refreshing island drink upon boarding.

•    The crew will have a safety briefing with you and will also talk with you about the week’s itinerary, and you can choose what you’d like to do and where you’d like to go—or you can let the crew take you to their favorite spots.

•    You’ll be off on the adventure of a lifetime, and you’ll be able to relax as much as you’d like or be as adventurous as you’d like!

•    When the week is over, your crew will help with your baggage and organize a cab for you to the airport and back to ‘the real world’.
