Tachyon Yachting LLC is a Charter Yacht Brokerage and Yacht Management Company located in the U.S. Virgin islands.

Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible customer service before, during and after their vacation experience. We have staff members on the island and the surrounding waters who are ready to assist in any capacity necessary. Since our team lives and sails in the Eastern Caribbean we are able to maintain close relationships with the crews working in the surrounding islands and are very familiar with the yachts they represent. 

We are a full service vacation brokerage for crewed yachts as well as bare boat yachts in the Caribbean and around the world. 

We work with our clients to find the yacht and the crew to best fit your vacation wants and needs, and all our services are absolutely free.

We help answer any and all questions you may have about the charter yacht industry, and once you decide what kind of yachting vacation you are seeking, we work with you to select a short list of appropriate yachts that will fit your needs as well as your budget.

As important as the yacht is, if you are choosing a crewed yachting vacation, the crew is equally important. We work to identify professional crews that share your ideas of a dream vacation and have the personalities and capabilities to help turn your dreams into reality.
Once you’ve selected the perfect yacht and crew, we help you through the booking and reservation process (from contracts to preference sheets and special requests). We use a third party independent escrow account for your deposits for your piece of mind and safety.  We are also available to help you with the logistics of potential on-island accommodations, and inter-island travel before and/or after your charter vacation.
Lastly, we will ensure that your crew contacts you before your vacation for a “get acquainted” phone call to discuss logistics and any questions you may have before your arrival.

When you arrive to the island-

Our on-island team will help you get you and your friends and family from the airport or ferry terminal to the yacht in the easiest and most convenient way possible and will make sure the champagne is chilled and ready when you step onboard!  Our crews can assist you in any last minute provisioning that you may need (sunscreen, hats, etc), and will assist you with your baggage and any rental gear you may need.  You will be provided with a full safety briefing and chart briefing, and if you wish, you can help plan your itinerary for the week with the captain.

During your charter-

We stay in contact with the captain and crew and are ready to assist with any communication issues in regard to family or business interests back home if necessary.
We are also available to you should you need to contact us for any reason during your charter.  

After your charter-

Our team helps arrange transport for you back to the airport or hotel from the yacht when your charter vacation is over.  Once you arrive safely home, we will want to hear all about your trip and experiences and will also send you a charter review that we hope you will fill out.
